During the spring, the restaurant chain Miss Voon Top Floor, which operates several restaurants in Stockholm, Uppsala and Skellefteå, began to look for ways to make its operations more efficient. In connection with Miss Voon Top Floor launching its new concept with a roof terrace and bar in the Mall of Scandinavia, the restaurant chain was looking for new payment solutions. The objective was clear; they wanted to find a flexible payment solution to improve the customer experience for visitors. When Purspot shortly afterwards presented its mobile order and payment solution, it was clear to Miss Voon Top Floor that they had found exactly what they were looking for.
- It has been incredibly important that the guests who visit us get the best possible experience. Faster service and increased sales
Purspot was founded with the aim of digitizing physical commerce. Since then, the fintech company has developed several different payment solutions to streamline business sales, including Mobile Online Order, mobile checkout system built into payment terminal and IoT payments. With Mobil Online Order, Miss Voon Top Floor's guests could easily scan the QR code on the table to view the menu, order and ultimately pay without having to download a supplementary app. The solution has led to increased turnover while the guests have had a smooth experience without long queues.
